TEAM CULTURE

We like our employees to take ownership of their jobs. This is more than a J-O-B! We feel that each employee is part of a team and each employee has a voice in their TEAM! We strongly encourage an environment and culture that supports a, “Team Approach” – this reinforces the provision of quality services to children and families. Our Local Leadership Team Meets monthly and Individual Program Staff meet regularly (up to once weekly) to discuss program quality improvement projects, clinical cases and for staff to receive both clinical and administrative supervision.
We also provide Clinical Learning Forums on all levels of programming at a minimum of monthly. This helps our teams stay connected and assists them in handling barriers and challenges our teams face on a day-to-day basis. It is inevitable that from time to time there will be conflict within the agency and/or with members on a team. We are very supportive of having open dialogue even when we all may disagree. Our Team Culture requires that all members of a team talk openly and honestly. After all, isn’t this what we expect from the children and families we serve? We cannot expect anything less from those that will be serving them.
It is common that you will be interviewed by a team, as teams within our agency often times recommend almost all of the final hires within the agency. Expect after the initial screening to be called in for a face-to-face interview with members of Leadership. If you are hired, then you too may become part of a team that helps recruit and hire new members. We are proud of the fact that our agency experiences very little turnover.
